Sign up for healthcare and dependent care FSA. SIA offers a contribution and dollar-for-dollar matching contribution to healthcare FSA.
SIA Health & Wellness Center (HWC) - Convenient Primary Care Health Facility with Limited Acute Care Services
Full-time SIA associates and eligible dependents, and retirees under 65 years who are enrolled in the plan can access and utilize HWC. The cost for this benefit is paid-in-full by SIA.
SIA Associate Recreation Center
No cost usage of the SIA Associate Recreation Center for all associates and their eligible dependents ages 18 and older.

SIA Child Development Center
This center is available to all eligible associates. It provides childcare for children aged 6 weeks up to Kindergarten. The associate is responsible for tuition payments.
Adoption Assistance
Reimbursement of up to 100% of eligible expenses, up to a specified amount.
Educational Assistance Program
Associates are reimbursed for specified tuition expenses. This program is available to all full-time SIA associates who are employed for at least 6 months.
Vehicle Purchase & Special Lease Program
Full-time SIA associates can take advantage of rebate and dealers incentives when purchasing or leasing a Subaru model.
Holidays, Company Time-Off & Vacation
Enjoy paid time-off that includes 12 paid holidays, 4 company-paid days off, and a generous allotment of PTO/Vacation days, which varies by your hire date and tenure.
Miscellaneous
Enjoy several voluntary benefits that allow full-time associates to gain access to affordable and/or discounted services. SIA negotiates group rates for these products and the associate is responsible for paying the full price of the voluntary product.
